JB057 - Newborn Care Specialist - Miami Beach, FL

A lovely Miami Beach family is seeking a Newborn Care Specialist for their three week old twin baby girls. The schedule is overnight, 7:00pm to 7:00am (8:00pm to 8:00am also possible), three to four nights per week, anticipated for a duration of one to three months.

The family already has a daytime childcare team in place, so this role focuses specifically on overnight support for the twins. Ideal for a calm, experienced NCS who can bring consistency and confidence to the overnight routine during this early newborn stage.

• Provide overnight care for newborn twin girls, including feeding, soothing, and sleep support

• Track feeding and sleep patterns and communicate updates to parents via BabyConnect

• Maintain a calm, structured overnight routine

• Coordinate smoothly with the family’s existing daytime childcare team

• Experience with multiples strongly preferred
• Calm, confident, and steady under the demands of overnight newborn care
• Strong communicator who partners well with parents and the broader childcare team

• Must be local to Miami

• 5+ years as a Newborn Care Specialist or equivalent experience

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Competitive, DOE
