Qualifications:

• 
  

  Be proficient in the use of the JACOB database or equivalent OB database application (Proficient in the use of an OB database application is defined as having a minimum of one year experience using the application and the demonstrated ability to build a futures OB database in the OB application by creating units, and adding weapons systems, equipment and personnel to the unit).

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of one year experience using all-source data to analyze foreign forces, equipment, and C3 systems, converting the analysis into database format, and providing narrative input explaining the logic behind the analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience running OB database application reports and (ad hoc) reports.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this position with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  
  

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in an area related to this position.
