JDE Business Analysts

This position involves a set of dynamic responsibilities, including business process improvement, solutions design and implementation, report requirements gathering and building, and support/development of systems interfaces.  Functional scope is the JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne Financial functionality/modules.  Work closely with users and other IT professionals to provide JD Edwards functional/technical support and solutions.  JDE EnterpriseOne release 8.10 or higher knowledge is required.

• Troubleshoot issues and system bugs and provide direction for work-arounds, corrections and enhancements.


• Coordinate service delivery with the infrastructure and the service desk team.


• Analyze and document business and technical requirements


• Support project initiatives in the business functional area throughout their lifecycle


• Ensure availability and performance of business applications.

Job Requirements (Education, training and/or skills):

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related area.


• Must have 5+ years of extensive experience in EnterpriseOne versions, including design, configuration, and user support for any of the following areas:

1. Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials, Service Management
