✨ What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional service and jewelry expertise to every customer
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Learn the ins and outs of pawnbroking, luxury sales, and retail leadership
- Assist with store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory
- Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team
- Train alongside experienced managers as part of our Leadership Track Program
📈 What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-volume sales
- Natural leadership qualities and a desire to grow professionally
- Strong communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- A drive to learn, succeed, and move into a future Store Manager role
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening (including THC, due to federal firearms laws)

- Jewelry certifications (GIA, JA, etc.)
- Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking)
- Experience training or mentoring others
