• 7+ years’ experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects


• Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Suite


• Strong knowledge of wood, concrete and steel construction and detailing


• Knowledge of current codes and regulations


• Responsible for Construction Document Preparation, addressing plan check comments and coordinating with Project Manager and Consultants 


• Ability to address construction issues, RFI's and review shop drawings


• Perform field verifications and produce as-built documents


• Collaborative and team-oriented


• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
