This position is being offered in Albuquerque. This is a full-time position 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position.

You’ll support participants in both short-term and long-term community-based jobs. You’ll work with employers to customize roles, using creative solutions like job carving to ensure the best fit for each individual. You’ll provide on-the-job training and coaching to help participants build confidence and succeed in their roles. You’ll promote workplace inclusion, encourage open communication, and support self-advocacy. You’ll assist with workplace accommodations, introduce assistive technology, and help navigate ADA-related needs. You’ll maintain clear and accurate documentation, including ISPs and IEE’s. You’ll use local employment resources to help individuals achieve their career goals.

The knowledge and experience needed for this position are: 

You’re organized, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and empowering others. You’re comfortable providing personal care support when needed, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. You have excellent follow-through, work well independently, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, typing 50+ words per minute. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, a caring and passionate attitude, integrity, and a drive to do the right thing while staying fully engaged and hard-working.
