Join Synapse ITS for a job fair on April 17, 2025, from 2 PM to 6 PM at Polara Enterprises, Greenville, TX. We're hiring for multiple positions starting at $15/hr, up to $25+/hr based on experience. Apply for roles in assembly, soldering, SMT, and more.

Requirements

 - Electronic Assembly – At least one year of experience  
- Mechanical Assembly – At least one year of experience  
- Candidates with technical backgrounds, especially those accustomed to fast-paced environments (e.g., mechanics), are encouraged to apply. 

 • Assemble parts and components by connecting various subassemblies.
• Use hand tools or machines to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards.
• Follow assembly instructions outlined in the green book guide.
• Keep the work area and tools clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Inspect and secure parts and subassemblies for proper fit.
• Meet daily production goals.
