Job Openings: Calibration Laboratory Technician

Your responsibilities

This position focuses on preparing product calibrations and answering customer questions regarding the status of their samples.

• Communication with customers regarding the status of their samples


• Preparation of samples for microscopy using power equipment like band saws and sanders


• Use of the PELT gauge, Fischerscope and microscope to perform customer calibrations


• Preparation and release of pre-assembled certified shims for shipment to customers


• Processing work orders and entering finished production using ERP system


• Preparation of calibrations for shipment to customers


• Testing of new hardware and software

Your profile

AS degree required. Two years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree.

Relevant experience includes experience in a lab environment with regular use of a microscope. Must have working knowledge MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience operating power equipment desired.
