We are looking for our next ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join our Commercial Management team in Miami. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating the commercial processes for your portfolio of clients, ensuring sustainable results, compliance with company standards, and continuous improvement in account management, while contributing to business growth and strengthening commercial relationships.

There’s no routine here—every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and develop the assigned portfolio of corporate clients, strengthening commercial relationships and identifying growth opportunities.


• Analyze account performance, develop action plans, and present results to drive continuous improvement.


• Negotiate and coordinate contracts, RFPs, and commercial initiatives, working cross-functionally with different areas of the company.


• Advise clients on LATAM’s products and services, providing proactive support and resolving their needs in a timely manner.


• Represent LATAM at commercial activities and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.

What do you need to take off in this role?

• A professional degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles is required.


• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and SQL is essential for this position.


• We need you to have an advanced level of English. If you’ve made it this far, we’re flying in the same direction!


• Advanced proficiency in Spanish is required
