Are you an experienced accountant looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Livermore, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 with a 10% bonus.

Position Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you'll collaborate closely with our field teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and facilitating a seamless transition process. This role goes beyond traditional accounting duties - it requires a strategic mindset and advanced Excel skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with multiple locations/entities, reviewing reconciliations and financial statements
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze data and support decision-making
• Manage accounts payable, banking, sales tax, and financial analysis tasks
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to streamline accounting services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proven experience working with multiple locations/entities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
