As a Job Readiness Coach , you will be responsible for assisting job seekers with resume development, portfolio development, completing job applications, and interviewing as needed to support their success.

 About the Role: Job Readiness Coach

• Assist job seekers with resume development, portfolio development, completing job applications, and interviewing as needed to support their success.


• Prepare job seekers for on-the-job success and maintain accurate records of all activity. 


• Requires independence, professional judgment, and ability to problem solve. 

What are the requirements?

• High School Diploma required.


• 6 months of prior work experience supporting individuals with disabilities.


• Requires local travel in own vehicle to various company sites as necessary to support job seekers during interviews or during new hire orientation training sessions.

• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
