Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Structural Engineer

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Structural Engineer. This role is central to completing accurate and timely engineering deliverables, ensuring all work aligns with project requirements and the company's core mission and values. This is an excellent opportunity for a Professional Engineer to apply their expertise in a hands-on, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the design and complete engineering calculations/analysis for structural components of electrical power line and traffic intersection steel structures.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of internal Engineering Standards.
• Provide technical inputs to the designer team for fabrication drawings and review structural drawings for adherence to all requirements.
• Interpret contract documents, drawings, and customer specifications to determine structural requirements.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables are completed on schedule and participate in internal and external design reviews.
• Offer technical guidance for design reviews, investigation reports, and corporate standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural preferred).
• Experiences: Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience in structural engineering and design. Experience with PLS-POLE software and 3D modeling is highly preferred.
• Other:
• Must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) Certification.
• Requires strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Must be proficient with IT systems and constantly use a computer and office equipment.

• Work arrangement: On-site in Claremore, OK.
