We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Job Supervisor to lead field teams in the handling, packing, and cleaning of personal contents. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment where you can make a direct impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site crews in the pack-out, transportation, and inventory of damaged personal property
- Supervise cleaning, deodorization, and restoration of contents at the facility or on-site
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at job sites
- Ensure quality control, safety, and efficiency on all projects
- Train and guide team members on proper handling and documentation procedures
- Coordinate schedules and resources with the operations and project management teams
- Maintain accurate paperwork and digital records for job tracking and insurance purposes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in contents restoration, moving, cleaning, or a related field preferred
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
