Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex corporate/partnership tax returns (1120, 1065, 1040)
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services
• Supervise and develop staff members
• Manage client relationships and service delivery
• Conduct tax research and projections
• Implement process improvements using tax automation tools

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's in Accounting (required)
• Master's in Taxation (preferred)
• Active CPA license (required)

Experiences:

• 4-7 years public accounting experience
• 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience
• Proven expertise with flow-through entities and high-net-worth individuals

Other:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with tax workflow software (preferred)
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with client service focus

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

• $100,000 - $135,000 (plus performance bonus)
