Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving community medicine practice. This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive compensation package, including equity, signing bonus, and loan repayment eligibility. The position offers a balanced schedule with light shared call coverage and strong support from a physician-led organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct in-person assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Oversee patient care in nursing homes and hospitals, including admissions/discharges.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary teams (IDT) for coordinated care.
• Participate in a rotating call schedule (nights/weekends, shared among providers).

Requirements:

Education:

• Doctorate Degree (MD/DO)
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Experience:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatrics preferred but not required).
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 (based on experience).

Schedule:
