Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our community-based outpatient practice. This is a full-time, onsite clinical role with a physician-led organization that prioritizes work-life balance and offers robust support. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary care, oversee patient care coordination, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee participant care in nursing homes and hospitals, including admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team (IDT) for coordinated care.
• Participate in a shared, light phone call coverage schedule with other providers.
• Conduct regular visits to nursing home participants as needed.
• Rotate in night and weekend call coverage.

Requirements:
Education:

• Doctorate Degree (MD or DO).
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.

Experience:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatrics preferred).
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 per year (based on experience).
