Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the OR patient care units.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.
• Manage unit budgets, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Develop and implement policies in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient flow and outcomes.

Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (required).
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Recent first-line management experience.

Other:

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License (required upon hire).
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification (required upon hire).
• CNOR Certification (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 Per Year
