Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an RN / Nurse – ED / ER

Location: Conroe, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process for assigned ED patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as a patient advocate.
• Perform specialized patient care with accountability for safety, comfort, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Experience:

• 3+ years of ED/ER experience required.

Other:

• Current Texas RN license (or immediate eligibility).
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS certification (required within 90 days of hire).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $38–$49 per hour (based on experience).
• Night shift differential: +$4.50/hr.
• Full benefits package included (health, retirement, etc.).

Schedule:

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (7 PM start).
• Rotating weekends required.
• Work arrangement: On-site (no remote work).
