Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Entry-Level Civil Engineer – Construction Administration (Water/Wastewater)

Overview:

Join one of Atlanta’s most respected municipal water/wastewater design firms and work alongside top-tier engineers on impactful infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Support construction management efforts on water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with contractors, field crews, and design engineers to resolve on-site issues
• Attend construction meetings and assist with RFI/submittal reviews
• Track project progress, document field changes, and contribute to construction reporting
• Serve as a liaison between the design office and job site

Requirements:

Education:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering

Experiences:

• 0–5 years of engineering or construction experience (internships included)
• EIT Certification or actively working toward it

Other:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow in water/wastewater infrastructure

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

• $70,000 - $85,000
