Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Entry-Level Structural Engineer – Steel Connection Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze steel connections for structural projects
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world design challenges
• Utilize Tekla and RAM Steel modeling software
• Participate in project meetings and site visits (some travel required)
• Maintain a team-first mindset while contributing to high-quality engineering solutions

Requirements:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in structural or steel design (internships/projects count!)
• Familiarity (or strong interest) in Tekla and RAM Steel is a plus

Other:

• EIT certification is REQUIRED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000/year (based on experience)
