(Job TE- 1063) Junior Civil Engineer - Site Design

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Junior Civil Engineer

Overview:
Launch your engineering career in a high-energy, growth-focused environment with a well-established municipal water/wastewater design firm. Based in Atlanta, GA—right across from Truist Park (home of the Atlanta Braves)—this role offers mentorship, challenging projects, and a vibrant office culture. You’ll contribute to residential and commercial projects while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare detailed engineering and design documents
• Provide CAD support to design staff
• Assist in preparing construction documents, including:
• Site layout and design
• Utility design
• Grading and drainage
• Stormwater systems
• Erosion and sediment control plans
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on site design, utility coordination, and stormwater management

Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 0–5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Other:

• EIT Certification is a major plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
