Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Wound Care Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Wound Care Sales Representative to cover Bakersfield, CA, and surrounding areas. If you have a background in medical sales—or the hustle and grit to break into the industry—this could be your opportunity to make a major impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote innovative skin substitute products to physicians, clinics, and wound care centers
• Educate providers and staff on product benefits, clinical data, and billing/reimbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Manage your territory like a business—schedule demos, follow up, and close deals
• Work closely with back-office support to streamline onboarding and reimbursement processes

Requirements:
Education:

• Preferred background in medical sales or related field

Experiences:

• Sales experience, preferably in medical or wound care
• Existing provider relationships in the wound care space (preferred)

Other:

• Professional, persuasive, and organized—someone who follows up and follows through
• Strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
