Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Wound Care Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Wound Care Sales Representative to cover Southern CA and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in medical sales—or the determination to break into the industry—to make a significant impact by promoting innovative wound care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote advanced skin substitute products to physicians, clinics, and wound care centers
• Educate healthcare providers and staff on product benefits, clinical data, and billing/reimbursement processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the wound care space
• Manage territory strategically—scheduling demos, following up, and closing deals efficiently
• Collaborate with back-office support to streamline onboarding and reimbursement procedures

Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in medical sales)

Experiences:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in medical or wound care sales
• Existing relationships with healthcare providers in wound care (a strong plus)

Other:

• Highly professional, persuasive, and organized with strong follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
