Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Petaluma. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic care by developing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function. This role requires compassion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Requirements:
Education:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in California.

Experiences:

• 1+ year of experience in an acute setting.
• Home Health experience required.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Other:

• Strong knowledge of PT principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Clean Driver’s License.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
