Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Assurance Manager

Overview:

The firm is seeking a dynamic Assurance Manager to join its highly respected Assurance (Audit) team in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to work with a top-tier public accounting firm serving diverse industries, including manufacturing/distribution, real estate, construction, technology, transportation, private equity, financial services, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review complex audits, financial statements, and benefit plan audits
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial disclosures
• Document and test internal controls
• Supervise, mentor, and review workpapers for audit staff
• Support consulting projects and ensure engagement objectives are met

Requirements:

Education:

• CPA certification required

Experiences:

• 4–7 years of public accounting audit experience
• Industry experience in transportation, manufacturing, or construction (preferred)

Other:

• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel (CCH ProSystem fx and IDEA a plus)

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

• $100,000 - $135,000 per year
