Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Factory Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair industrial automation machinery and robotics
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Troubleshoot and work with Allen Bradley & Siemens PLCs
• Perform electrical work involving AC/DC systems
• Service and maintain pneumatic systems
• Perform welding as needed

Requirements:

Education:

• No specific degree required; hands-on experience is prioritized

Experiences:

• 3+ years of industrial machinery maintenance experience
• Experience with pneumatics, PLCs, and welding
• Ability to read mechanical drawings & electrical schematics

Other:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Brown Deer, WI
• No relocation assistance provided
• No remote work – on-site only

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

• $30 - $38/hr ($62,000 - $79,000/year)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Shift options:
• 2nd Shift: Weekdays, 3 PM – 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: Weekdays, 11 PM – 7 AM
