Key Responsibilities:

• Performing light assembly and wiring of electrical panels
• Running cables and disassembling electrical systems for shipment
• Entering data into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for received parts
• Assisting in assembly, wiring, receiving, and installation tasks
• Traveling up to 10% for work assignments

Requirements:

Education:

• No specific degree required; hands-on experience is prioritized

Experiences:

• 1-5 years of experience in electrical panel assembly or industrial/manufacturing electrical work
• Stable work history with no frequent job changes (e.g., not switching jobs every two years)

Other:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Oak Creek, Wisconsin
• No relocation assistance provided
• On-site only—no remote work

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $22 - $25 per hour (approx. $45,760 - $52,000 annually)
