(Job TE- 1110) Multi-Skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift)

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Multi-Skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift).

Overview:

This is a full-time, permanent position at a well-established, employee-focused manufacturing company in the Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial maintenance, particularly with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Weld as needed.
• Work second shift (with overtime opportunities).

Requirements:

Education:

• No specific degree required; technical training or certifications are a plus.

Experiences:

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor maintenance experience.
• Ability to weld.

Other:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Fort Atkinson, WI.
• Solid work history with reliability and commitment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $31/hour (~$65,000 - $67,000 per year).
• Overtime Pay:
• Time and a half for hours worked over 8 in a day.
• Double time for Sunday hours.
• Benefits: Full benefits package (details provided upon offer).

Schedule:

• Full-time: Permanent W-2 position.
• Work arrangement: On-site (no remote work).
• Shift: 2nd shift.
