Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Litigation Paralegal

Overview:
A respected law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in high-stakes legal environments and can efficiently manage litigation processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management and trial preparation
• Draft, edit, and electronically file legal documents in compliance with court rules
• Organize and analyze case data using eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Trial Director)
• Prepare exhibits and case materials for depositions, mediations, and arbitration
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of required actions
• Review, format, and proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain clear communication with internal legal teams and court personnel

Requirements:
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Paralegal certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar legal setting
• Proficiency in Relativity, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office

Other:

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Professional written and verbal communication

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
