Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Tax Manager

Overview:
A leading public accounting firm in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a technical and client-focused Tax Manager to lead engagements and mentor a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven professional to provide strategic tax planning to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Lead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing advisory relationships.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors.
• Research complex tax issues and present findings to clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. A Master's degree in Taxation is a strong plus.
• Experiences: 6+ years of recent experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role.
• Other:
• Active CPA license is required.
• Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with tax research tools (e.g., CCH, RIA) and tax preparation software.
• A committed team player with a passion for client service.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (base salary)
