Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Tax Senior Manager

Overview:
Join a dynamic team in a pivotal leadership role, overseeing comprehensive tax services across multiple engagements. You will be responsible for managing projects, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving firm growth, all while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate high-quality tax services for multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted tax advisor.
• Mentor, supervise, and contribute to the professional development of junior team members.
• Ensure timely billing and collection processes.
• Drive firm growth through active participation in business development and management initiatives.
• Demonstrate deep industry and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles.

Requirements:
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree (e.g., Master of Taxation) is preferred.

Experiences

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
• 7-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in public accounting or tax services.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.

Other

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical abilities.
• Proven skills in leadership, project management, and relationship building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary

• $85,000 - $150,000 Per Year (Commensurate with experience)
