(Job TE- 1170) Coordinator / Multi Craft Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Coordinator / Multi-Craft Technician

Overview:
A leading, established manufacturer with a dominant market share and an excellent working culture is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on 2nd shift. This role is critical due to an upcoming retirement and has a strong focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valve systems within a die-cast production environment. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on technician and a coordinator for the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot production equipment and site property.
• Perform adjustments, mechanical repairs, and electrical repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves.
• Coordinate the work and activities of other maintenance technicians on the shift.
• Diagnose issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical logic systems.

Requirements:
Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of related multi-craft maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic valves.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Prior experience coordinating the work of others or leading a maintenance team is required.

Other:

• Must be proficient in the repair of industrial equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Strong focus on safety protocols and procedures.
