Overview:
Our client, a stable and growing OEM machining company in the New Lisbon, Wisconsin area, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator. Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate Swiss CNC lathes.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products using precision measuring tools.

Requirements:
Education:

• A technical degree or certification in CNC Machining or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Experiences:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience programming and operating Swiss CNC machines.
• A stable and solid work history is required.

Other:

• Must be a United States citizen or a permanent Green Card holder.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
• This is an on-site, full-time position; remote work is not available.
• No relocation assistance is provided.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:

• Up to $26 per hour (approximately $54,080 annually based on a 40-hour week).

Benefits:

• Full benefits package (typical includes health, dental, vision insurance, etc.).
• Permanent, W-2 employment status.

Schedule:
Full-time:

• First Shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
• Second Shift: 10 hours/day, 4 days/week.
