Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Respiratory Therapist

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team in Colville, Washington. In this vital role, you will provide routine, emergent, and critical respiratory care, working under the direction of the Respiratory Care Management team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering respiratory treatments and medications.
• Managing and maintaining ventilators and other life support equipment.
• Responding to emergent and critical respiratory situations (Code Blue, Rapid Response).
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Accurately documenting patient treatments, responses, and progress.

Requirements:
Education:

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Experiences:

• Experience in an acute care setting, providing both routine and critical respiratory care.

Other:

• A valid Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must obtain ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications within 90 days of hire.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:

• $75,000 - $105,000 per year.
