Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a CNC Bending Operator

Overview:
Our client, a leader in sheet metal fabrication, is seeking a skilled CNC Bending Operator to join their second-shift team. This direct-placement, full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at setting up and operating CNC bending machinery, ensuring top-quality production, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC bending machines.
• Perform quality inspections of parts using blueprints and precision tools like calipers and protractors.
• Assist in debugging operational and programming issues to maintain high-quality standards.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling.
• Maintain equipment and work area through 5S and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
• Participate in daily shop floor management meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the CNC department in meeting production timelines and special projects.

Requirements:
Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experiences

• 1–2 years of experience operating CNC bending equipment is required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints is required.

Other

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary

• $55,000 - $65,000 Per Year (based on experience)
