Overview:
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist. This role is critical for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machining operations for large parts. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, committed to quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up large parts for machining to maximize machine utilization and efficiency.
• Perform rigorous quality control checks on weldments and machined parts.
• Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Make necessary offset wear changes and zero-point shifts during operations.
• Document processes and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a production team.

Requirements:
Education

• A technical education or certification in machining or manufacturing is a strong plus.

Experiences

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a machinist operating relevant CNC machines.

Other

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex CNC programs, including G and M codes.
• Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as gauges and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience).
