Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Monitor patient care and address any issues as they arise.
• Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care services.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.

Experiences

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role.

Other

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary

• $105,000 - $115,000 Per Year, plus performance-based bonuses.
