(Job TE-1188) Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense

Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense Litigation).

Overview:
Our client, a well-established Florida-based litigation firm, is seeking full-time Associate Attorneys for their offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, or Tampa. The firm specializes in insurance defense and is known for its integrity, diligence, and aggressive litigation strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage a diverse caseload and grow within a respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload including construction defects, general liability, auto negligence, liquor liability, and bodily injury claims.
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:
Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.

Experiences:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience with construction defect litigation is highly preferred.

Other:

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
