Overview:
A premier health center in Burbank, California, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their dynamic outpatient team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a flexible schedule, no weekends, and a competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor the provision of clinical services.
• Ensure the overall clinical quality, integrity, and service excellence of rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing of clinical services.
• Uphold exceptional customer relations and patient satisfaction.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experiences: New Physical Therapy graduates are welcome to apply. Must meet all clinical competency requirements.
• Other:
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience.
• Benefits: Excellent benefits package.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Work arrangement: On-site
• Hours: Flexible shift hours, Monday through Friday. No weekends.
