Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW)

Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a Clinical Therapist to join an outpatient mental health team. This direct-hire, full-time position involves providing therapy to clients aged 5 and up. The role is based in Penn Yan, NY, located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region, and offers a competitive compensation package, generous PTO, and a healthy work/life balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop clinical formulations and treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy to clients and families.
• Establish a safe, therapeutic environment to foster client engagement and recovery.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and colleagues to coordinate care and secure appropriate treatment resources.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in client medical records.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide mental health crisis evaluations in the Emergency Department.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or Art Therapy. (PhD preferred).
• Experiences:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or hospital setting. (3 years preferred).
• Must have experience working as a therapist in an outpatient mental/behavioral health setting.
• Other:
• Must possess a New York State LMSW or LCSW license (or equivalent NYS license in Mental Health Counseling, Nursing, or Creative Arts Therapy).
• Must have a clean NYS Driver's License.
• BLS certification (required through RQI system during orientation).
• CPI certification (required within 90 days of hire).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary:
• LMSW: $36.20 - $40.49 per hour ($65,625 - $88,442 per year, estimated*).
• LCSW: $31.55 - $42.52 per hour ($65,625 - $88,442 per year, estimated*).
• Note: Final salary is based on experience and licensure.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Day or Evening shifts available.
• Work arrangement: On-site. On-call rotation is required a few times per month.
