Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Fitter Welder - MIG & TIG (1st Shift)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Set up and fit materials up to 1" thick for welding.
• Perform non-production MIG welding on a variety of unique products.
• Grind and finish welds as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Not specified.
• Experiences:
• 2+ years of MIG welding experience.
• 2+ years of fitter welder experience.
• 2+ years of non-production welding experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Other:
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must possess a solid work history and exceptional communication skills.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Brown Deer, Wisconsin.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $62,000 per year.
• Benefits: Full benefits package including company stock (ESOP), annual discretionary bonus, 401k plan, and health insurance.

Schedule:

• Full-time: First shift. The company is prioritizing flexibility with potential for flexible work hours.
• Work arrangement: On-site. This is not a remote position. No relocation assistance is provided.
