The Quality Control Manager (QCM) develops, implements, and enforces the site-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure all custodial services comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Operating independently of production and operations staff, the QCM carries out rigorous inspections, tracks systemic issues, and executes immediate corrective actions. The QCM serves as the primary technical link to the Army's Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery across the installation.
