Job Title: Restaurant Server – New Ristorante
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server. As a server, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all guests' needs are met during their dining experience, including refills, special requests, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Handle cash, credit, or debit transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
- Follow all restaurant safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the menu, daily specials, and any changes in restaurant policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
