Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa  - Rock Valley   

As a CNC Machinist with A&I Products in Rock Valley, IA, you will: 

Machine part on CNC machine tools designed to turn, drill, bore, and/or mill production material in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. 

Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following: 

• Turn, drill, bore, and/or mill parts to specification using CNC machining tools and processes. 

• Operate one or more CNC machines to complete an operation. 

• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures. 

• Utilize manufacturing tools to record data and keep records for quality and maintenance. 

• Check results for conformance to specifications and make necessary corrections. 

• Operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment. 

• Use various types of CNC machine tools, material handling equipment, jigs, fixtures, measuring gages and instruments, and other applicable hand and power tools. 

• Lubricate, check, and clean work equipment and tooling. 

• Assist and support other team members. 

• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Must have at least one of the following:
  
  
  
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  
  
  • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
  
  
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience
  
  
  
  


• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs), and performing of repetitive actions.


• Ability and willingness to work 1st shift and potential overtime (including weekends).

What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):  

• CNC certification (or equivalent) or at least 6 months prior CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
