Duties include:

• Personal Care
• Assist with ambulation/transfers (fall risk)
• Activities to increase cognitive skills
• Light housekeeping
  

Requirements:

• 1 year Personal Care
• Ambulation experience
• Knowledge of diebetic diet

Required licenses or certifications:

• Valid driver license
• Current auto insurance
