WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide services with our “Gold Standard” of customer care
- Conduct personalized guest consultations to ensure their vision is met
- Expertly apply lash extensions, lifts, tinting, threading, and more
- Educate guests on our services, products, and memberships
- Build a loyal guest base and promote salon offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with the team to uphold our luxurious salon image
WHAT YOU BRING

Competitive pay: $45,000 - $85,000/year (base + commission, tips, bonuses)

Salon hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 9am - 6pm
- Friday-Saturday: 8am - 6pm
- Sunday: Closed
Shifts include:
- 8-hour shifts

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
