We're Hiring! All Shifts

Pay: $18.50 - $23 per hour (based on experience)
Candidates with a valid CNA registration with the state of MN will start at $20/hr.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our growing agency - FirstLight Home Care.

As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them with tasks such as:

Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Excellent communication and people skills

Positive and compassionate attitude

Employees with greater availability and those who quickly complete training and onboarding to become work-ready will be given priority for hours. Please note that working hours will build gradually and are determined by client needs, location, and your availability

Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, Direct Support Staff (DSS), PCA, or Resident Assistant (RA) is a plus but not required!

Compensation: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
