What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for professionals with experience in any of the following areas: HVAC, basic plumbing, electrical work, interior and exterior carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, glazing, roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs, signage, and more. 

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of two years experience in property maintenance 
• Basic computer or smartphone skills
• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer.
