One of these positions, we prefer a candidate who is fluent in both English and Russian or Ukrainian to better serve the needs of our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and patients
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deliver exceptional customer service, especially to elderly patients
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Office and G-Suite products
• Adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation and patient interaction
