Job Description - Jon Smith Subs Cashier

You will be responsible for taking orders, handling purchase transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide assistance and exceptional service to customers

Greet customers as they enter and exit the store

Operate cash register/point of sale systems

Adhere to all guidelines regarding food preparation and safety

Maintain neat and clean appearance

Assist with cleaning duties as necessary or directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 15 years old

Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to stand on your feet for duration of work shift

Must possess excellent communication skills and positive attitude

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must have a friendly, outgoing personality that welcomes all guests

Able to work with a team to relay food orders as needed

Must have a passion for customer service

Able to multitask and prioritize what needs to be accomplished first
